Rescued sailor returns after seventy years
Charles Rogers was rescued by the Cromer lifeboat crew in 1941. 70 years on he visited the RNLI Henry Blogg Museum to view the lifeboat that saved his life.

Today members of the volunteer Lifeboat Crew travelled out to Hammond Knoll to pay their respects to Edward Walter Allen, who tragically lost his life 70 years ago in the English Trader rescue.
