As far as we know a Cromer lifeboat has never been assisted by another lifeboat, but the Henry Blogg lifeboat did go to the aid of the Sheringham lifeboat Foresters' Centenary on May 31st 1958. She had taken a doctor out to the Dudgeon Lightship and was bringing back an injured man when she had engine failure and was towed back to Sheringham!
