Crew pagers sound at 13:28 to launch Tamar lifeboat

Victor Freeman launched at 13:46 to go to the aid of 2 dive boat RIBs, one of which has broken down.

The RIB Seahawk with 8 persons on board required assistance due to engine problems.

At 14:25 Cromer lifeboat was with the casualty vessel and escorted them back to the beach at Sea Palling.

Once the casualty  was safely ashore, Cromer lifeboat headed back to station arriving at the slipway at 15:45.

After the lifeboat recovery was witnessed by onlookers the Tamar was washed down, re-fuelled and made ready for service once more by 16:08.
