Deputy 2nd Coxswain, raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

On the 7th June, Ady Woods - Deputy 2nd Coxswain, will be doing a sponsored ride in aid of the British Heart Foundation, its one of many charity events which they arrange every year around the country.

The 100 mile ride starts of at County Hall, Norwich and finishes at Norwich Cathedral taking in several parts of Norfolk, including Reepham, Thursford, Morston, West Runton, Felbrigg Hall, Northrepps, Sidestrand, Sea Palling, Somerton, Marsham, Horning, Wroxham, Coltishall.

Ady's start time is 0700hrs, and he is hoping to complete the journey in 7hrs, excluding any stops, although he is aiming to do it in less!.
