The crew pagers sounded at 17:00 for an ILB launch
Cromer ILB 'Seahorse III' launched at 17:10 this afternoon after reports from a member of the public who was concerned about 2 canoeists off East Runton.
When the lifeboat arrived on scene they found that an inflatable canoe with 2 people on board had already made it to shore and another canoe with 1 person on board who was fishing and didn't require any assistance.
The inshore lifeboat was stood down and returned to station at 17:50.
The lifeboat was washed down, refuelled and made ready for service at 18:00
