On the 12th July 2009 the Cromer lifeboats - RNLB Lester, Seahorse II & Y-207 were all involved in service launches.RNLB Lester launched at 08:17 Y-207 launched from the Tamar at 15:22 & the ILB launched at 19:21.

When returning to Cromer on 31st May 2009 Seaking 125 from RAF Wattisham carried out a brief winching exercise with us. This is mobile phone footage.

The Hit the surf programme gives the unique opportunity for children to be part of an exciting lifesaving course, which gives theory and practical lessons to 8 12 year olds in surfing and beach safety. The course is run by trained and highly experienced lifeguards who can give the students real examples of life threatening situations and how to get out of trouble in and around the sea.
