Cromer Lifeboat paged at 17:40 to attend a medical emergency

Cromer lifeboat the Lester launched at 17:55 to go to the aid of a sick crewman at the Sheringham Shoal wind-farm.

By 18:15 the lifeboat was in contact with the support vessel to arrange a rendezvous point, where the casualty was being assessed by a medic on scene.

Once on scene, the casualties care was handed over to our stations Medical Adviser, Dr. Lennox, and the crew on board.

At 19:25 the lifeboat had returned to station and the waiting ambulance crew.

The  lifeboat was re-fuelled, washed down & made ready for service again by 20:00
